Founding 500 Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the eligibility, benefits, and limitations of the Vesta Founding 500 Program(“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms:


1. Eligibility

1.1 Automatic Eligibility
You become a Founding 500 Member (“Member”) when your first completed order is processed before Vesta reaches its 500th total order (“The Threshold”).

1.2 Order Count
Order count is determined by Vesta’s internal order system. The 500th order is final and marks the closing of the Program.

1.3 One Membership Per Household
Membership applies to the household associated with the email + shipping address used at the time of the qualifying purchase. Membership is non-transferable.

1.4 No Enrollment Form Required
Enrollment is automatic when eligibility is met. No sign-up, fee, or application is required.


2. Membership Benefits

2.1 Lifetime Layaway Access
Members receive lifetime access to Vesta’s flexible, interest-free layaway options (“Layaway”).
Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Vesta platform or service.

2.2 Early Access to Seasonal Releases
Members may receive early access to select seasonal kits, drops, or limited-edition items.

2.3 Additional Perks
Perks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Priority access to select items

  • Members-only communication

  • Surprise bonuses or gifts

  • Access to Founding Member-only opportunities (as available)

2.4 Non-Guaranteed Perks
Perks may evolve, expand, or change over time. Vesta does not guarantee a specific frequency, type, or quantity of perks.

2.5 No Retroactive Application
Membership perks apply only to orders placed after eligibility is achieved.


3. Limitations

3.1 Non-Transferability
Membership may not be sold, transferred, traded, or assigned.

3.2 No Cash Value
Membership benefits hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credits unless explicitly stated.

3.3 Program Adjustments
Vesta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Program perks at any time without reducing or removing benefits already granted to Members.

3.4 Misuse
Vesta may revoke membership if fraudulent behavior or misuse of benefits is detected.


4. Communication

4.1 Members agree to receive emails related to Program benefits, announcements, and relevant membership notifications.

4.2 Opting out of marketing emails does not remove membership but may prevent delivery of some perks or notifications.


5. Program Closure

5.1 The Program closes automatically at the 500th processed order.
No further memberships will be granted beyond this point.
